SHOPPING INFORMATION

All delivery costs are to be paid by the customer. Customers are able to chose EMS (fast but expensive) or Sea Shipping (cheap but a bit slower) option when purchasing products.

All charges are shown during checkout and a copy is provided to you after purchasing a product from our website.

Once an order is received, items will be sent within few days. If you need an item for yesterday or you are stuck on the road, please contact us. 

Some items may be out of stock even though are available for purchase on our site. Such items will require additional time for the shops/vendors/sellers to receive it from the manufacture and send it to you.

EMS shipping usually takes 3-4 days to Australia. Once the product(s) are in Australia, it may take Australia Post few more days to deliver it to your address.

Sea Shipping usually takes 1 to 2 months. Once it is in Australia, it may take few more days to be delivered to your address. 

Once you make an order and we have received your funds in full amount, the shops/vendors/sellers are notified about the purchase. 

Your order will be sent to you via Japan Post and a tracking number with details will be provided for your convenience.

Once the product is sent, your order is completed.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We try to keep costs (for both you and us) to a minimum. Bank transfer is available from any bank, it is quick within Australia and less risky compared to other payment types. We do not accept PayID payments, just direct Bank Transfers.

If you’ve seen a product you like but would like to come back at another time and purchase it, the Wishlist will store all your items for a certain period.

Keep an eye for items in the Wishlist, especially if prices change.

If a package has been received with damage to the box, or items are missing inside with visible tampering to the packing tape or with incisions to the box, please report it to one of our staff as soon as possibe. We may ask you to provide us with photos or videos, so please keep all packaging available.

If the product you ordered is wrong from the product your received, please contact us. 

If a product is wrong because you ordered the wrong product, there’s nothing we can do about it.

Once a payment is made, you have 24h to cancel or change an order subject to whether the order has already been sent or not.

Please contact us immediately if you’d like to cancel or change your order.

With every shipment, you will be provided tracking details for your convenience and have detailed information from the courier it’s being sent with.

Note: once a shipment has landed in Australia, you can use Australia Post’s tracking with the same tracking ID to check for arrival information at your address.
